About the Item
A 1950s Italian floor lamp with a sculptural tripod silhouette. The white-lacquered aluminum shade flares outward in a broad cone, resting above a brass collar and three slender black enameled metal legs. Polished brass accents punctuate the design—at the feet, midsection, and pull chain. The shade’s underside reflects a soft, ambient glow when lit.
Ideal in a corner reading nook, beside a lounge chair, or casting atmosphere across a room.
Condition: Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear throughout. Patina to the brass elements, primarily at the central collar and feet. Minor chipping and rusting along the edge of the white-lacquered aluminum shade, as shown in photos. This floor lamp has been professionally rewired by our team of restorationists with new sockets and a new brass finial along the top, while retaining the original switch. Accepts two E12 base light bulbs.
