About the Item
This amazing floor lamp was made by the famous Italian craftsmen at Li Puma in the heart of Florence in Italy - it is a unique "one off" individual piece made for exclusively for Andrew Kornat Designs as a collaboration with Francesco Li Puma who Andrew worked closely with since the mid 90s developing products that Andrew was selling in London at the time.
Made of handwrought iron and forged sheet iron finished in hand applied 24Ct Gold Leaf over a dark red base. The 3 stems spiralled at the base spread out towards the top and are finished with 3 big hand cut iron leaves each housing an E14 lamp holder Max 40 Watt.
At the base where the 3 stems start to spiral to make the stand, the cable entrance is concealed by a semi-spherical cap which is also decorated with tiny hand cut delicate iron leaves - traditional Italian master craftsmanship at its best.
Show in the Andrew Kornat Designs showcase as the UKs premier Interior Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour where Andrew's designs are on permanent display
