Save for a few minor electrical and veneer repairs this artfully-designed and crafted Art Deco floor lights is in original, vintage condition. The thick-cut Burmese teak veneer does show signs of vintage wear such as nicks, gouges, scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said the wood is in overall very good original shape and the variegated woodgrains of the teak are absolutely mesmerizing in natural light.
After some electrical work the lighting is fit by standard lightbulbs making it convenient and easy to change or modify lighting tone and brightness. The original glass lamp cover is intact and the lamp is free standing.
This incredible floor light is functional, structurally solid and ready for a literal lifetime more of use.
