Elegant floor lamp in turned and carved oak, featuring a rhythmic bobbin design, in the style of the Seiz Breur movement and reminiscent of the creations of Joseph Savina.
Made in Brittany, France, during the 1940–50s, this piece embodies the blend of tradition and modernity typical of the Breton artistic revival.
The original lampshade, crafted from pig bladder, provides a unique, warm translucency. Its organic texture enhances the authenticity and rare character of the lamp.
A rare and evocative piece of French decorative arts, ideal for collectors and interiors seeking both sculptural presence and historical depth.
Excellent overall condition, lampshade with traces of time and use on the edges.
