About the Item
White Space by Ango is a refined sculptural floor lamp that pairs the delicacy of handcrafted natural silk cocoons with the quiet strength of a hand-cast concrete base. Slim, vertical, and architecturally composed, the piece reads as both lighting and art—an elegant statement for contemporary interiors.
Each diffuser is formed from individually selected silk cocoons, their ultra-fine surrounding fibres softening and refracting the light into a warm, atmospheric glow. The grounding concrete base introduces a contrasting tactile weight, giving White Space its poised balance between organic subtlety and modern materiality.
Designed to slip gracefully into living rooms, bedrooms, reading corners, or curated spaces, White Space brings a sense of calm and intimate luminosity wherever it is placed. Like all Ango works, it reflects the studio’s signature fusion of natural materials, artisanal hand-techniques, and sculptural lighting design.
