About the Item

Large Murano glass ceiling lamp from Hillebrand, Germany, 1960s. This piece is composed of a semi-transparent frozen textured Murano glass diffuser in the shape of a prism, which is attached by 4 brass nuts to a structure of gold chrome metal and lacquered in white. Very much in the style of the Italian glass creations of La Murrina, Vistosi, Novaresi Milano, F. Fabbian, Barovier Toso, and Mazzega. Hollywood Regency style, totally timeless. For 4 E27 bulbs. Original electric installation revised and fully operational. Small marks of the passage of time on the metal and brass, see photos. Glass in perfect condition.
