Golden Rays Flush Mount in Sprinkled Amber Blown Murano Glass Venice Italy 1980s
This shining bright flush mount dates back to the 1980s. Handcrafted in Murano, the Venetian island renowned for the finest tradition of glassmaking, it is attributed to the Vintage Murano Gallery.
Consisting of a main bowl in blown glass ending with an upside down glass drop, the flush mount owes its beauty especially to the glass workmanship: decorated with a series of raised lines arranged in a radial, the transparent glass is sprinkled with amber glass chips which, during the manufacturing of the glass, melts giving this wonderful golden sprinkled effect. The stunning amber-gold colour of this artwork is at its best when the flush mount is switched on; with its sober design which recalls the style of the elegant Venetian palaces and its warm light it can enrich any room in the house.
The flush mount is original in all its parts and in excellent conditions, as documented in the attached pictures. Its professional rewiring, according to your country specification, will be included in the service as a courtesy.
