About the Item
A striking Mid-Century light sculpture from the 1970s, suitable both as a flush-mount ceiling chandelier and as a wall-mounted sconce. Crafted in brass, this impressive piece features ten light sources and showcases the sculptural character typical of the era. It measures 57" x 19“ and remains in very good condition, showing only minimal patina to the brass. The fixture will be delivered wired to the electrical standards of your region (E26 for the US, E27 for Europe) and is ready for installation. It accommodates all common bulb types and looks particularly striking with larger bulbs, which are easily available. In the style of Gaetano Sciolari, and attributed to Kalmar, Vienna, Austria.
Dimensions: width 57", depth 19", height 4“ (without bulbs).
The bulbs are not included, but we are happy to provide them for customers in Europe.

This vintage modernist ceiling light was produced in the 1960s in Italy. The lights is made of solid brass and has a fantastic cubic spider web structure with sockets for light bulbs fixed on brass light arms. the sockets are for use with e14 light bulbs and are 7 in total. the light has an extraordinary which makes the light very impressive and sculptural.
The light is in its original vintage condition with normal slight traces, like little scratches and patina on the metal due to aging effects. some scratches on each socket element cover, please see images.
for installation the socket rings get screwed off, underneath are fixing holes for bolts, please see images.
The origin of these lights is Italy, and remembers in the style and design of Stilnovo and Gio Sarfatti...
