About the Item

Bronze flush mount in the style of Maison Jansen creations, France, 1950s. Formed by a solid bronze metal structure where multiple leaves arranged on two levels are screwed to a central piece of the same metal. The leaves can be seen as bird feathers depending on how you look at it. In the center, a frosted and cut glass diffuser. Ceiling rosette made of the same bronze metal. Sun, starburst and sunburst style ceiling light. Very much in the style of the French creations of Maison Honore and Maison Charles, of the Spanish creations of Ferrocolor and Ferroarte, and the brutalist Italian creations of Longobard. For 1 E27 bulb. Original electric installation revised. Patina of the passing of the years, see photos.
