Small Decorative Chrome Holophane Glass Flush Bulkhead Light A small and attractive flush light fitting that can be wall or ceiling mounted. The small domed prismatic glass bowl is marked with the Holophane makers marks and model number which sits inside a decorative chrome holding ring. The ring has a decorative pattern cut out around the full diameter which allowed a lovely spill of light from the fitting to the wall / ceiling around it. The vintage Holophane glass has a "VELVETED FINISH" which is a slightly frosted satin glass. The fitting is supplied fully restored and ready to install. A beautiful small light fixture that will make a wonderful addition to any interior. WHY IS VINTAGE HOLOPHANE SO POPULAR IN INTERIOR DESIGN In addition to its practical qualities, vintage Holophane glass is highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of vintage and industrial design. The vintage Holophane glass is often paired with high-quality metal fixtures, such as brass or cast iron, to create a look that is both elegant and industrial in style. When renovating our original reclaimed lighting all existing electrical parts are removed and renewed with modern electrical components. All components used are CE certified and our lights are wired tested in line with BSEN Standards. As standard our lights come with 1m of our premium fabric three core cable to a colour of your choice unless stated otherwise in the product description. Generally, ES or BS lamp holders are used unless otherwise stated and are fully compatible with main dimmers and modern LED filament bulbs. Our lights can be wired to bespoke specifications, longer lengths, different cable types and compatibility with specialist dimming systems such as DALI can all be accommodated. Lights supplied to U.S.A and Canada are installed using UL Certified cable and lamp holders. As standard we supply round black fabric cable and E26 holders. Please note that although we use UL certified components our original reclaimed lights do not come with UL certification. Due to the antique nature of our original vintage lights, we cannot offer an official IP rating and cannot guarantee our lights for external use.
