Hughes and Burroughs Lantern with huge dioptric bullseye lens. With mounting brackets, carry handle. Fitted with electric socket for home use. Cap is engraved "Hughes and Burroughs Makers, Liverpool". Mounted to a thick wood base. A very rare relic from circa 1890.
