A fine aesthetic Victorian lantern with gilt bronze gallery incasing leaded stain glass panels each with engraved panels of flowers, birds and one with Cutler family crest inscribed 'Dum spiro spero'. Measures: Height 91.5 cm (36") Width 53.5 cm (21") Period 1850-1899 Provenance Commissioned for Colonel John Edward Cutler of Valetta, Sheffield Year 1871 Style Victorian.
