Part of a large haul of reclaimed industrial lights from a former steel works in the North East of England. These wonderful vitreous grey enamel angled factory lights are an early version circa 1920's with cast steel galleries. These parabolic lights were popular choice during the industrial age of Great Britain, a versatile light which would of originally been used in a whole host of sinarious including illuminating car production lines, lighting market stalls of Britain's historic city markets such as billingsgate and highlighting signage and wall displays inside out outside factory's. The existing finish has been sealed to emphasise the patina of the metal. Fully refurbished today they are equally as versatile either as a ceiling pendant or wall mounted light. Installed in a run these make a wonderful feature for bar and restaurant lighting...

A highly important pair of seven-light cut-glass and silvered mounted early Victorian wall lights of exceptionally size the main stem with two flute cut receiver bowls separated by flute cut-glass tube .The upper receiver plate supporting three notched half hoop candle arms terminating with flute cut multi notched drop hung drip pans the upper receiver bowl terminating with a feather cut finial. The lower receiver plate supporting four larger notched half hoop candle arms also terminating with drop hung drip pans the lower receiver plate surmounted by trumpet shaped flute cut stem piece and drop hung canopy terminating with a notched stem and lapidary cut finial. The wall lights are of exceptional quality throughout and are extremely rare.
