About the Item
A stunning, colourful 1930's French tole Montgolfiere (hot air balloon) wall sconce.
This stunning light is a very rare find in such great original condition
The main balloon body of the light is in full metal with original hand painted decoration in red,white, blue
yellow, with twisted rope detailing throughout.
There are two lighting arms, each carry a single lamp holder e14. The arms connect to the lower basket part of the lamp and are also decorated with further swags and bows with twisted metal rope detailing
Some small areas of wear as to be expected with age and use
