About the Item
1950’s Industrial Grey Benjamin Crysteel Enamelled Parabolic Lamps.
Benjamin was arguably the market leader in industrial lighting in the 1930’s through to 1960’s. Their main market was providing tough enamelled lamps to large factories. The lamps were covered in paint, grease and dirt which was removed to reveal lamps in exceptional original condition. Each lamp has been cleaned and restored and all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern European CE standard components to BS EN 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to BS EN 60598. INCLUDED: Each lamp comes completely wired and ready to install. The lamp is fitted with a standard E27 threaded lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend LED bulbs 6W maximum. We are specialists in refurbishment of vintage lighting, please contact us with any questions regarding purchase or installation. Listing is for one lamp, several available.
Workshop Report:
We take electrical safety very seriously, our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that every lamp leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. Each lamp has been cleaned and restored and all original electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern European CE standard components to BS EN 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to BS EN 60598. Each lamp comes completely wired.
