Elegante applique da parete in stile geometrico, risalente all’Italia degli anni ’70. La struttura è a base quadrata (36 x 36 cm) con una profondità di 19 cm, ed è dotata di quattro punti luce interni.
Il design presenta una composizione piramidale con vetri opalini bianchi, suddivisi in pannelli geometrici incorniciati da metallo dorato patinato. L’effetto è decorativo e raffinato, con triangoli in vetro nero che arricchiscono l’effetto.
Il vetro opalino utilizzato – noto anche come vetro lattimo – è caratterizzato da una finitura lattiginosa, ottenuta grazie all'aggiunta di sostanze opacizzanti (come fosfato di sodio, ossido di stagno, ecc.). Questo tipo di vetro fu sviluppato per la prima volta a Murano nel XVI secolo e si distingue per le sue delicate sfumature e la capacità di diffondere la luce in modo morbido e uniforme.
