Early 1970s Per Bovin Hand Thrown Perforated Earthenware Plug-in Wall Lamp
Handmade by Danish ceramic artist Per Bovin on the island of Bornholm in the 1960s. Hundreds of handmade circular perforations to gently let the light out in every direction, casting a beautiful display of light and shadow when illuminated. Signed by the artist on the top. Rustic, simplistic Scandinavian modern design in beautiful vintage condition.
Price per item, 2 lamps available.
Professionally rewired for US electrical with new sockets and 8 feet of cloth cord. On/off switch on side of lamp. Accommodates a single e12 max 40w equivalent LED candelabra bulb. Bulb not included.
Wear consistent with age and use. Note that one lamp appears in photos and videos, but both are in similarly good vintage condition and present well as a pair. Please contact us for additional images or video.
