About the Item
Hollywood Regency and Classic style gilded sconces by Ferro Art (also known as Ferroarte), Spain, 1950s, set of 2.
Handmade and hammered in solid wrought iron in the shape of a bow and gilded with gold leaf and gold paint. Opaline glass diffuser. Mid-Century and Neoclassical style. Very much in the style of the French creations of Maison Jansen and Maison Charles, and the Spanish creations of Ferrocolor. Very much in the style also of the brutalist Italian creations of Longobard.
For one E14 bulb each piece. Original electric installation reviewed and fully operational. LED compatible. Wear on the metal estructure, see photos.
Note: We always try to the fullest to respect and preserve as much as possible all the original elements of each piece (wiring, lampshade, finishes...) so as not to alter the original aesthetics and so that they can continue to have another life with their intact soul.
