About the Item
Appliques by Albano Poli for Poliarte, 1970s. Structure with rectangular chromed metal rods and Murano Glass cubes mounted on aluminum plates.
In the early 1960s, Poli created the Poliarte brand and reinvented indoor lighting. His lamps are true works of art, for which glass, chrome-plated iron, wrought iron and cast iron are used.
These are objects that made the history of Italian design in the 1960s and 1970s, as evidenced by the prizes and awards won during that period...in 1968 Poli received, in fact, the award for works lent to the Decorative Arts Section of the 34th Venice Biennale;
