This original vintage modernist wall light was produced in the 1960s in Germany. it is made of metal aluminium with a gold tone surface finish. the light has a diameter of 39cm and a depth 9cm without bulb. The light has one E27 light socket for bulbs. Good vintage condition for the age, some normal traces of use and some age related patina, please see images, full working, newly wired
Very nice and rare authentic light of the Mid-Century Modern and Sputnik interior design period.
The light almost looks identical as theses chosen by Charlotte Perriand to decorate the apartments of Les Arcs Ski Resort.
