About the Item

If you’re already a knowledgeable lamp collector then you understand how difficult these are to find. Some consider the Faries Company dental lamp the “Holy Grail” of early Industrial lighting. It has an Art Nouveau feel that is difficult to find in Industrial lighting. This design came in a number of sizes. This is the largest example they made. The articulated arm reaches out over 5.5 foot from the wall. The are is fitted with a unique Piper reflector shade. It looks as if the casting may have an early repair that is hard to see unless you really look for it.
