About the Item
We offer you a very large wall lamp that resembles a true wall sculpture rather than a sconce.
Almost 1 meter tall and 41 cm wide, it offers an elegant and glamorous wall decoration with its sculptural cast brass structure inspired by the marine floral world, as the model's name suggests: "Attinia"
in English, Anemone.
Made in Italy between the late 1970s and early 1980s by the Italian furniture brand "Studio Smania Interni," as evidenced by the advertisement in an old issue of Vogue Home highlighted in the photo.
The massive solid brass structure is made up of three pieces.
The anemone stem fits easily into the base, which is fixed to the wall with stops and screws; the lampshade fits just as easily into a slot behind the stem.
This wall light is working and in good vintage condition with a splendid patina.
Only the lampshade had the fabric replaced by a professional.
