About the Item
These stunning wall sconces by Maison Charles were made in this century but to the exact original design by Jacques Charles in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
Part of the renowned extensive Inox collection which was all originally made of curved sheet steel in varying shapes and forms, this beautiful pair are made of hand curved sheet Brass which allows for them to be finished by hand with an applied patina of aged Bronze finish to surface both outside and inside these elegant sconces
The scrolls on each side, which are set in high in this pair so the bottom section is much longer and thinner, both house 2 x G9 lamp holder one shining up and one shining down to create a stunning light effect with the curved and shaped sheet brass
Andrew Kornat launched Maison Charles to the trade in the UK over 20 years ago and was the exclusive distributor for many years, so he knows the brand inside out. If you have any questions please do ask
