About the Item

These stunning wall sconces by Maison Charles were made in this century but to the exact original design by Jacques Charles in the late 60s and early 70s. Part of the renowned Inox collection and originally made of curved sheet steel, this beautiful pair are made of hand curved sheet Brass with square Bronze stud details joining the two curved sheets and finished in Gold Varnish with shiny polished surface to the outside and Matt finish on the inside - a stunning subtle contrast The scrolls on each side house 2 x G9 lamp holder one shining up and one shining down to create a stunning light effect with the curved and shaped sheet brass Stamped Maison Charles on the back these are most certainly antiques of the future. Andrew Kornat launched Maison Charles to the trade in the UK over 20 years ago and was the company's exclusive distributor for many years so he know that brand inside out if you have any questions please do ask
