Height panel wall sconces made of a square shiny and reflective metal plate which on top is a mat metal sphere with an opening for the bulb which light bursts through the plexiglass sticks encased in the sphere.
To be installed spaced out for a graphic aesthetic or next to each other for an impressive large wall decor.
Manufacturer label on the back.
Gaetano Missaglia was an Italian designer and manufacturer active during the 1960s and 1970s who specialised in bold and sculptural lighting objects. His pieces, such as table lamps and wall-panels, often combined metal, chrome-plated steel and lucite (plexiglas) elements, giving them a distinctive “Space Age” aesthetic. His work is clearly documented and is valued for its innovative form and materiality.
