Mid-Century Modern vintage wall light or sconce by Wilhelm Wagenfeld for Lindner Germany circa 1950. A wonderful iconic sconce from ceramic and glass in elegant white color in huge size ( 33 cm width ). This sconce shows two E 14 sockets. The condition is very good, one glass shows a small chip at the first groove ( image 8 ) , but do not mind to screw it up. Sleek and beautiful simple design from the famed Bauhaus designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld. He took the credo "form follows function " seriously. He designed so many iconic designs during his creative period as the lighting MT 8 and MT 9, cubus tableware, tea service from Jenaer glass and many many beautiful designs more. approx. measures: Width 33 cm Depth 9.5 cm Height 9 cm.
