About the Item

Two wall lights based on a design by the Belgian architect and designer Jules Wabbes from the 1960s. A minimalist design. The striking lamp body consists of fine metal slats that are arranged in a staggered manner. The slats serve as a reflector and diffuser screen at the same time. The light primarily comes out from above and below. At the same time, the luminaire presents itself as an impressive lighting object thanks to the grazing light on the slats. The umbrella is set off from the wall with a base. The front can be removed for installation and bulb replacement. There is a pull switch inside, which can optionally be supplemented with a pull cord and used. The lights are in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
