About the Item

This exceptional pair of Mid-Century Modernist sconces by Mazzega consists of numerous individual Murano glass "C" form discs that interlock with one another and hang from the frame to create it's shape. The glass has an iridescent pearl-like quality with ripples which changes the opacity of the glass. When the light shines through the glass it throws warm amber tones. It is newly rewired and takes 4 candelabra bulbs (Max 240 Watts). The hanging height can be adjusted to suit your requirements.

A colorful, vintage Mid-Century modern pair of Italian wall sconces, appliques made of hand blown smoked Murano glass produced by Mazzega, in good condition. Each wall light, lamp is composed with five yellow and white twisted glass pieces which are hanging on short slanted arms, supported by a rectangular polished brass frame.
