About the Item

A pair of 19th century French Baroque style cast bronze three-light wall sconces. Heavy sconces, ornately detailed with scrolled arms and pierced candle cups. Finely cast backplate with pairs of caryatids, draped garlands, a shell form and sunburst at the top and a lion's head at the bottom. Rewired with new sockets and candle covers. Circa 1880-1900 Dimensions: 13"H x 13.5"W x 8"D
