About the Item
A pair of brutalist, expressive wall lamps made of patinated iron with thermoformed Murano glass shades.
The rectangular base plate, on which the Murano glass rests, has a wavy edge all the way around. Two metal strips are attached almost loosely on either side of this centerpiece, with one corner extended on each side.
This handcrafted strip is 2.0-4.5 cm wide. The narrower part has a small depression in the surface, while the wider part is ribbed.
The textured, wavy Murano glass shade, encased in air bubbles, is secured with two large iron screws.
Striking wall lamps with a linear design and structured surfaces; the tension of the combined materials is also extremely interesting.
