About the Item
Magnificent pair of Italian five light wall sconces circa 1940's stylistically evocative of the looping serpentine motifs so often the fanciful punctuation marks in the collaborations between Tomaso Buzzi and Gio Ponti.
Each sconce is ~ 10 inches by 10 inches, not including bulbs.
Five tapered cone torches in copper anodized aluminum (the color reminds me of Dr. Pepper) with brass tips all lassoed within the looping brass infinity design.
Each cone holds a single E14 candelabra socket which we will change to E12 US candelabra prior to shipping.
Each bulb should be 25 to 40 watts each or 15 watts each if you prefer to use mini tubular bulbs.
We also have a single sconce available separately which is the three cone version of this design See images).

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Very good original vintage condition. Brass is clean and bright. Upper part of the cones have some loss to the copper finish but are able to be turned around so the most presentable side is showing. One has a small dent.
