About the Item

These elegant antique wall sconces were crafted in France circa 1920. Each hand-forged iron fixture features two arms newly wired for electricity, topped with original wax candle sleeves designed to mimic dripping wax. The intricate openwork frame showcases graceful scroll motifs accented with gilt foliage, fan-shaped flourishes, and a decorative crown and base finial. The contrasting black and gold palette gives the pair a refined, timeless look. Both fixtures are in excellent condition with a rich patinated finish, ready for installation. Perfect for flanking a fireplace, entryway mirror, or console in a traditional or Mediterranean-style interior. Measures: 16" W x 9" D x 19" H.
