About the Item
A pair of French Art Deco wall sconces are signed by the French artist "David Gueron Degue" known as Degue in great condition. Molded clear frosted glass shades decorated with flower motifs. Each shade is marked DEGUE mounted in polished, re-plated nickeled bronze frames. Each sconce was re-wired to U.S. standards with two candelabra sockets (total of 120 watts max). A matching chandelier is available as shown in the last photo. Re-plating in different finishes upon request with additional cost. We are the rare source that has specialized exclusively in French Art Deco for over three decades, since 1991 with restoration, repair and plaiting for any lighting period located in Long Island City, N.Y.
