About the Item
A pair of French single-light iron sconces from the mid-20th century. This vintage pair of French sconces each feature a vertically positioned and stylized back plate with splayed top and bottom. A single, c-shaped arm projects from the center, supporting a cupped iron bobèche with painted candle sleeve at its center. The forged iron light fixtures have a textured and hammered finish, and are gold-toned with a nicely aged patina. This pair of French midcentury single light sconces have been wired for the US.
