About the Item
A pair of French two-light iron sconces from the mid-20th century. These vintage hand forged sconces from France each have two torch-style lights which are mounted in an outward tilting fashion, and attached to the round back plate via a horizontally set fleur de lys shaped arm. These French midcentury sconces are gold over black iron, with wonderful a patina throughout, and have been rewired for the US.
