About the Item
Pair of Italian wall sconces from the 1950s, characterized by an elegant and sculptural brass structure with a naturally aged patina. The design features a curved arm that rises from an oval brass wall plate and gracefully supports a spherical opaline glass diffuser. The arm bends in a soft arc, creating a balanced dialogue between line and volume.
The opaline glass globes emit a gentle, diffuse light that enhances the warm tones of the brass. The surface of the metal shows a uniform vintage patina with subtle oxidation and tonal variations, preserving the authentic character of the piece.
Each wall plate has a diameter of 10 cm (3.93 in) and is fixed with two brass fasteners. The sconces are equipped with standard E14 sockets, suitable for both European and U.S. systems (using compatible bulbs).
