About the Item
Decorate a powder room or living room with this elegant pair of antique gilt sconces. Crafted in France, circa 1960, each fixture features the traditional Louis XVI ribbon bow at the pediment, swag motifs on the sides and ending with grape decor and acanthus leaves at he base. Each light has five arms and is decorated with cut crystal and glass pendants and rosettes throughout. The large traditional light fixtures are in excellent condition and adorn a rich bronze dore finish. These sconces would make a sophisticated addition on each side of a mirror or mantel as well. Both fixtures are not wired, and could be used with candles; however, they could easily be wired upon request.
