This gleaming and elegant Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Hand-Blown Murano Glass Three-Tier Triedre Sconces In Smoked Bronze W/ Brass Fittings originate from Italy, Circa 1970. They feature a tiered composition of hand-blown smoked bronze murano glass triedre elements, linear and geometric they hang in curved arches extending from the wall and partially concealing and revealing the tier below. Excellently balanced and well scaled, these sconces diffuse light in a stunning manner, the hue of the glass beautifully pairing with the polished brass frame and fittings. Highly elegant and with a degree of visual and material depth rarely observed, these sconces will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, in Excellent Vintage condition. Fitted with 2 candelabra bulbs casting up to 120 watts of light each.
