About the Item
This elegant pair of Mid-Century Modern sconces were realized in France circa 1950. They feature a circular back plate with curvilinear supports in black enamel emanating outwards that hold the tapered brass bodies of the sconces punctuated at their base with conical embellishments. Additionally, curvilinear brass detailing surrounds the bodies of the sconces and there are inverse conical forms at their necks. With their clean modernist lines and beautiful craftsmanship, these sconces would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. They have been newly rewired to American standards and are in excellent vintage condition. We have a total of four of these sconces available for $8475 for the set of four.
