About the Item
Pair of Model 502/4 Sconces by Oscar Torlasco for Lumi. Designed and manufactured in Italy, circa the 1950s. Four armatures intersect with an enameled center frame. Each arm can be oriented slightly to perform different arrangements of bulb placement. Each sconce receives a single E14 socket type, adapted for the US. We recommend a 15-20w max bulb or LED equivalent. Rewired for the US. Sold as a pair.

Oscar Torlasco
Oscar Torlasco was born in Rome, Italy, in 1934. Torlasco designed many beautiful lamps. The most well known are the lamps he designed for Lumi. He designed for several Italian lighting manufacturers, including Esperia, Stilux, Lamperti and Stilkronen. Most of his designs are from the 1950s and 60s
