About the Item
Pair of Sconces by Oscar Torlasco for Lumi. Designed and manufactured in Italy, in 1955. Ceramic backplate with orbital lighting on both sides, consisting of a brass ring halo and small black enameled cups. Each sconce holds two E14 socket-types, adapted for the US. We recommend 15-25w max bulbs or LED equivalent. Sold as a pair only.

Oscar Torlasco
Oscar Torlasco was born in Rome, Italy, in 1934. Torlasco designed many beautiful lamps. The most well known are the lamps he designed for Lumi. He designed for several Italian lighting manufacturers, including Esperia, Stilux, Lamperti and Stilkronen. Most of his designs are from the 1950s and 60s
