About the Item

Rare wall lights from Architectural Lighting according to a draft well-known industrial designer Peter Nelson from the 60s. The design language and the materiality of Nelson's designs reflect its background in the aviation industry. Aluminum as "signature material" and an "engineering" precision and processing. His luminaire designs are characterized by a puristic aesthetics, which inherit functional and technical details. Special detail is the finely and thin rod of the luminaire made of full material, where the spotlight attacks over a clamp. The wall mounting plate consists of a flat aluminum cylinder which is sealed from the plate of the radiator. The black cable occurs visibly on the top to the spotlight and down to the switch and plug.
