About the Item
A set of 3 vintage Ifö of Sweden ceramic bathroom lamps from the 1960s in dark blue.
Two model 6035 and one model 6065.
Designed by Sigvard Bernadotte.
Opaline glass shades.
Ceramic bulb holders for an E14 bulb model 6035 and E27 for Mendel 6065.
Lamps can be used as up or down lights.
In great condition and ready to use.
These lamps are handmade hand glazed and hand blown so there will for example be small imperfections in the glass shades such as bubbles or slight imperfections in the glazing such as a slight variation in color also the shade on the glazing can also vary slightly from lamp to lamp.
Just one of the great things about handmade items.
Will be fitted with a 20cm length of cord.
These are a class 2 lamps with no metal parts so no need for grounding
Responsible worldwide shipping.
Slight signs of age related wear such as small scratches on the glazing please see pictures.
These lamps are made for a wet environment but were made before IP rating began in 1976 but they are the equivalent of an IP44
Sigvard Oscar Fredrik Bernadotte, Prince Bernadotte, Count of Wisborg, was a Swedish prince and Industrial designer. He was the second son of King Gustav VI Adolf of Sweden and his first wife, Margaret, Duchess of Scania, a granddaughter of Britain's Queen Victoria.
