About the Item
Large 1950's folk art Mexico table lamps.
Thick blown glass into a sculpted iron cage with
mercury lining. One is golden/silver, the other green/silver.
Wood base with X design surrounding.
Crudely made in a one of a kind folk art manner. They are not signed or marked.
Closest comparison I could find is from the studio
of Odilon Avalos.
