Vintage ceramic table lamp with lampshade, Italian production Aldo Londi - Bitossi from the 60s.

Ceramic base worked and painted by hand (on the bottom it bears the monogram of the artist).

Lampshade is original and in vintage condition.

Dimensions : height 75cm, shade diameter 55 cm.
Dimensions of the base (excluding socket) : height 52 cm, diameter 20 cm.

Good state of conservation, it only has a small scratch of one cm at the base and a vintage lampshade in vintage condition.

In 1922, at the age of 11, Londi began working for Fratelli Fanciullacci, the first ceramic workshop in the region at the time. After the Second World War - returning to Italy from South Africa, where he was a prisoner of war - Londi became the Artistic Director of Bitossi.
