Set of 2 large handcrafted studio pottery table lamps, probably by Bo Borgstrom, sweden 1970s
measurements: diameter 24 cm, height 45 cm
Both unique and beautiful as a set, with a vibrant and distinct colour palette in brown and greyish blues. The glaze is changing depending on the light. That makes them interesting in day as well as nighttime.
Nordic ceramics are characterized by a philosophy of combining minimalism, nature, and functionality, reflected in clean lines, organic shapes, and a palette of subtle, earthy tones.
The lamps are sold without shades.
The ceramic is in good condition, no chips or crisps.
The lights are both in working order, the lamp sockets are differently connected which you will not see with the shades on top.
