Art Deco Silver-Plated Metal Lamp by Maison Desny
This silver-plated metal table lamp, attributed to Desny Paris, is made in France and evokes the Art Deco style. It features a solid, rectangular base of polished, shiny metal, on which rises a cylindrical structure perforated with a grid pattern. Three flat, square shades of the same metal are inserted horizontally along the cylinder, evenly spaced, creating a stepped geometric effect. The perforations allow light to filter through, while the reflective surfaces of the metal maximize luminosity. The construction details suggest a modular and precise design.
