Mid-Century Italian Table Lamp by Alvino Bagni – Black Glaze with Turquoise Accents This striking mid-century Italian table lamp was designed by Alvino Bagni and stands at an impressive 41 cm in height, including the lamp fixture. The lamp showcases a glossy black glaze, beautifully contrasted by abstract turquoise swirls and geometric patterns. The high-shine glaze creates a sleek, almost metallic effect, adding to its bold and modern aesthetic. Bagni was a celebrated Italian ceramicist known for his innovative glazing techniques and intricate surface decorations. His works, often produced for Raymor and other high-end distributors, are highly sought after for their craftsmanship and artistic quality. His studio, located in Florence, was renowned for its experimental use of textures, colors, and finishes, making each piece a unique collector’s item. The base of this lamp is signed "Lh 63, D.234 Italy" and is also marked "ITALY", a signature commonly found on Bagni’s pieces.
