About the Item

Low Countries, circa 1880. A late nineteenth century delft baluster vase with hand-painted blue foliate decorations on a white ground, now mounted as a lamp on a giltwood with brass hairy paw feet. Height 29.00 centimetres. Width of base 22.00 centimetres. Please note: Lampshade not included. Lamp photographed with a 16” diameter pale cream card Pembroke lampshade. Currently wired for the UK with patinated brass plate and BC bulb fitting, with bronze twisted silk flex and black torpedo switch, with white 13amp plug. PAT tested. Please enquire for rewiring services.
