This vintage mid-century table lamp was designed and manufactured in Germany in the 1950s. The light features a sleek design with a polished brass frame and an adjustable cream opaline shade. It has a rounded, bell-shaped shade that directs light downward, a compact circular brass bakelite base with a built-in on/off switch, and a twisted fabric cord for a vintage touch. The combination of brass and bakelite creates a timeless, elegant aesthetic typical of mid-century modern style. This type of lamp would be ideal as a desk or bedside light, combining functional lighting with timeless style. It showcases the elegant craftsmanship and design ethos of mid-century German lighting. The light requires one E26/E27 bulb. It has been rewired with new, twisted silk cord and comes with a Continental European 2-pin plug and adapter for us in US. All lighting is converted for US usage and
